Fondo en Línea Personas (FELP) is the National Savings Fund platform designed to facilitate access to information and account inquiries for registered affiliates and employers. Through this tool, users can perform various tasks, such as:
- Request and change the service password.
- Update personal data.
- Check the status of procedures and accounts.
- Print certificates and statements.
- Download and print invoices and payment receipts.
- Make online payments.
- Request withdrawals of severance pay and voluntary savings.
All this conveniently and efficiently, from anywhere and at any time.
To ensure security when using FELP, keep the following in mind:
Access only through https://www.fna.gov.co. Before entering, make sure the site address starts with "https:" instead of "http:". The additional "s" indicates that the connection is encrypted and secure. Also, verify that a padlock or "Secure" label is displayed in the browser's address bar.
Avoid accessing from public Wi-Fi networks. If possible, use a virtual private network (VPN) for greater protection.
