Appraisers
An appraisal is a technical report on the property that allows the commercial value of the asset offered as collateral to be estimated and determines whether it complies with the policies of the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro to be accepted as such.
What is an appraisal and how is it done?
The following documents are required to request an appraisal:
Certificate of tradition and freedom (Certificado de tradición y libertad).
Promise of sale agreement.
Deeds of tradition.
Construction permits.
Project titling, where the property to be purchased is offered by a construction company.
If the appraisal report is unfavorable, the analysts in charge of the process will contact the client to report the reason for the unfavorable assessment of the property.
